Kennedy joined The Growth Partnership in 2021 on the administrative team for both the training and development and outsourced marketing departments. In 2022 she began working with The Rosenberg and INSIDE Public Accounting surveys.

 

As operations coordinator, Kennedy works closely with the INSIDE Public Accounting team to administer the four practice management surveys.

 

Her pivotal role with the Rosenberg Survey includes moving the survey into the Dynamic Benchmarking platform and updating the survey layout package. Kennedy works closely with survey participants to ensure effective communication and engagement, analyzes and reviews the survey submissions to ensure apples-to-apples comparisons of data, and manages the survey platform to streamline operations.

Charles Hylan, CPA

Charles has played a pivotal role in expanding The Growth Partnership’s (TGP) influence in the accounting profession. He spearheaded TGP’s acquisition of The Rosenberg Survey in 2009 and INSIDE Public Accounting in 2022. These additions solidify TGP’s position as the leading source for benchmarking information in the industry, with data leveraged for client engagements, presentations, and thought leadership.

 

Joining TGP as a managing director in 2001, Charles brought over a decade of experience working with accounting firms of all sizes, including Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen, where he began his career as an auditor before transitioning into strategic planning and marketing. He entered the accounting consulting space in 1999 as a vice president at Waugh & Company.

 

Charles is dedicated to helping clients thrive as business owners. His expertise spans key areas such as marketing, strategic planning, leadership development, and public speaking, making him a trusted advisor to firms nationwide.
