Kennedy Backer
Director of the Rosenberg Survey
Kennedy joined The Growth Partnership in 2021 as part of the administrative team for both the training and development and outsourced marketing departments. In 2022, she began working with The Rosenberg Survey.
As Director of the Rosenberg Survey, Kennedy leads the administration and strategic development of one of the accounting profession’s most respected benchmarking surveys. She works closely with survey participants to drive engagement and ensure effective communication throughout the process. She also oversees data analysis, platform management, and operational improvements to streamline survey administration and deliver valuable insights to firms across the profession.
Kennedy plays a key role in enhancing the survey experience by managing the Dynamic Benchmarking platform and ensuring data integrity for meaningful apples-to-apples comparisons.
Chelsea Summers
Executive Director, INSIDE Public Accounting
Chelsea Summers works directly with the INSIDE Public Accounting Practice Management Survey and the Rosenberg Survey, overseeing the annual launch, data collection and review process. She manages survey submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency, and leads the development of IPA’s benchmarking reports, data analysis, IPA 500 rankings and Best of the Best lists.
Her work supports the integrity and reliability of the data that CPA firms across North America use to benchmark performance and evaluate growth.
Sarah Noonan
Marketing Coordinator, INSIDE Public Accounting
Sarah Noonan leads marketing and outreach initiatives for INSIDE Public Accounting and The Rosenberg Survey, helping expand awareness of the profession’s leading benchmarking reports, rankings and industry insights.
For The Rosenberg Survey, she oversees advertising opportunities and promotional collaborations. Her work connects vendors and organizations with CPA firm leaders and decision-makers across North America.
